  Trying contact lenses but also having broken my glasses, and needing an eye test for a new prescription, I needed the help of just about everyone in the shop today at some point. They were all so pleasant, and went out of their way to be helpful and gave me advice on what would suit me best on terms of my eyesight, but also taking into account my lifestyle and even budget. I am very grateful for what felt like excellent personal service. Thank you

  My family and I have been customers at specsavers for years, yesterday a busy Saturday, I was there with my wife choosing her new specs, while chosing through the considerable selection the shop assistant was filling up the empty spaces. I was shocked to see she had a tatty cardboard box and pulling out hand fulls of frames and filling the spaces. Now these frames are sold as designer frames costing 125 to 150 pounds a lot of money. If they need to fill the shelves in this way do it when the shop is closed because i found this as a total disrespect to customers spending hard earn cash. Annoyed!
