  I wanted to replace my walking boots and, as I was in Telford working visited Trespass Telford shop. I eventually settled on the Trespass Thorburn at about £120. This was on March 15th 2017 at about 2.00 pm. I paid in cash and lost the receipt. All I do is walk the dog around Leicestershire fields and my first walk in wet grass proved them NOT to be at all waterproof and it is now August 2017 and the soles are falling off. Naturally their customer services are asking for receipts, or copies of bank/card statements, none of which I have, so I guess I'm stuffed. I'll certainly never buy any Trespass products again. In 40+ years of buying and wearing various walking boots I have never had to complain before.
