  Avoid at all costs. I have never had such a poor purchase experience in my life. Ordered a mirror and received no confirmation email. Had to send multiple messages and left numerous voicemails before finally receiving an email from a Harry Huang confirming my order. After a delayed delivery my mirror finally arrived - completely the wrong size as to what was advertised on the website. I called Harry Huang (who claims he is the Director) and requested a refund which he said he was happy to process. However two months have passed now and I have now left approximately 10 answer phone messages (he conveniently no longer answers his phone or replies to my messages). In addition I have also sent 8 emails to date and not one has been responded to. I am still no closer to even speaking to Harry Huang, let alone seeing my money back. Truly an awful purchase experience. Please do not waste your money on anything here..... search around, there are plenty other suppliers that sell the same stuff.
