  I can quite happily say this game store is the best I have ever been too I've never seen staff in a game store with so much energy went in to to buy one £30 game ended up spending £90 will definitely visit again shame it's too far from home to become my local

  My 12 year old son has waited patiently till after Christmas to trade in his PS4 for an X box one S. Simon was on hand to ensure everything went smoothly, and even remembered me asking before Christmas about the deals/offers (I think that gives the customer reassurance that GAME staff genuinely care about their customers). He was informative and gave me all the options available and helped me decide (I am 45!!) I don't even own a smartphone!! On a serious note, I narrowly missed out on the christmas offer but Simon did his best to honour the best deal he could. I would highly recommend the store and hope Simon gets the recognition from this post for excellent Customer Service!
