  I sent my phone into repairs once before and it may take a week for it to be replaced but there wasnt too much hassle once it was complete i went into the store picked up my phone and everything was great

  Apple sent me to Stormfront as my nearest repair location in Telford. I was very clear, I needed a battery replacement on my Macbook. Arriving at Stormfront they stated clearly that they don't do battery replacements. They never have done and they don't understand why Apple keep sending them customers. They stated they'd tried to raise this point but Apple don't want to know. Meanwhile I've wasted 3hrs out of my working day. Very unhappy.
